Mining Finland is a non-profit association, funded by its member fees and projects.
Mining Finland is non-profit and membership fee funded association promoting export of Finnish mining technology, promoting foreign investments to Finnish mining cluster and facilitating R&D and education collaboration among mining sector actors working in Finland or in cooperation with Finnish companies.

FINNISH MINING CLUSTER
Finland has systematically developed its mining cluster. Today the cluster is strong consisting of more than ten mining related universities and research organizations, more than 200 mining technology and service providers, over 40 mines and ten smelters and steel mills.

MINING FINLAND MEMBERS
Mining Finland membership is for private and public organizations that have business or activities in mining sector in Finland or export mining technology and services from Finland. Mining Finland also welcomes members from industries servicing the mining sector, e.g. law firms or communications agencies.

Mining Finland actively organizes and participates in events that bring together industry, research, and business stakeholders. Events are a key part of our association’s work, enabling knowledge sharing, networking, and the promotion of Finnish mining expertise internationally.
